Refund and Return Policy

We strongly believe that you will be 100% satisfied with our products, but if you ever have to return an item, you can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date. The product must still be in its original condition, completely unopened and suitable for reselling.  

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, this will include the courier fee to return the product.  We would suggest that you make use of a secure delivery method which will require a signature upon delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item, which has been opened, damaged, dirtied or not in condition to resell or which have not been returned to us in line with the specified return procedure.

Refunds will be made within 5 working days of an order being cancelled and after receipt of the goods in perfect order, along with the original receipt.  

In the case where payment was made via EFT, you will be refunded at 100%.

In the case where payment was made via Credit Card a 5 % penalty will be deducted due to the banks 5% merchant fee and therefor you will be refunded at 95% 

In the case where payment was made via Cash Deposit a penalty of R1.50/R100 or part thereof will be deducted before the refund will be done.

Returns/Guarantee Policy

Our returns policy is simple! Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or have a change of heart you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

How do I return an item?

Simply contact us, at info@ihealthy.co.za and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return.

Items lost in transit

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit; as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.

Refunds, replacement and exchanges:

Refunds, replacements or exchanges are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by iHealthy. Any refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note, in all instances iHealthy shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
